Hair Follicle Test
At DriveX Solution, we provide Hair Follicle Testing. This test is also known as a Hair Drug test. With this test, we require a small amount of hair that will be removed using scissors. This test is more thorough than the regular urine test as it can go back to detect drugs in your system for the last 90 Days. The lab will test your hair follicles for the following:
- Amphetamine
- Methamphetamine
- Ecstasy
- Marijuana
- Cocaine
- PCP
- Opioids (codeine, morphine, 6-acetylmorphine)
Comparing the urine test or blood alcohol testing, the hair follicle test would be the most beneficial for your workplace. Tests against all the same information but will for a period of 90 days, instead of a couple of days. Many companies have started to enforce using this way of testing and your workplace could ask for you to perform a Hair Follicle test before starting work with our Pre-Employment testing.
