Pool Management - DOT
For DOT based drug-testing, all drivers who will be performing DOT deliveries will be entered into our Database, once every quarter. All the drivers in this pool will be randomly selected to get a random drug/alcohol test. Completely random and generated from the Computer-Generated database. DOT drivers and non-DOT Drivers can all be setup to get random drug testing completed, but as per DOT Regulations each company does not require this to be completed monthly but that the Third-Party Administrator will have a random driver selected for testing purposes.
Pool Management is easy and is all completed on our end, information can be accessed by the Dedicated Account Representative or anyone with log-in privileges. No work is needed to be done as we maintain this and keep it up to date with current DOT Regulations.
Having a program like this in place will help to benefit the company by having them meet the DOT requirements and allow the employer to identify the employees who are violating the Drug-Free workplace policy, once this is taken care of you can have your team focus more on a safer work environment and give employers a far way to re-test employees.
